Hillary Clinton Asked To Sign Copy of Book to Christopher Stevens

Jason Mattera is a journalist who has no fear. He will walk up to anyone no matter how powerful they are, get in their face, and ask the tough questions. Not even Hillary Clinton is immune.

While leaving a book signing event to promote Hard Choices, the former First Lady was approached by Mattera on a Washington D.C. sidewalk. Mattera politely handed her a copy of her own book and asked if she would sign it.

Clinton agreed and asked Mattera for his name for the inscription. He responded with, “If you can make it out to Christopher Stevens? I think you knew him.”

When Clinton turned down the request, Mattera replied, “What difference does it make?”

It’s an absolutely epic takedown.
